At Terra Outdoor Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor oasis. If your furniture doesn't perfectly suit your space, you may return eligible items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team or visit our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all items are securely repacked in their original packaging; for large furniture pieces, our white-glove team will coordinate a convenient time for curbside or in-home collection.

• 3.
  Inspection Process

  Once your items arrive back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the furniture to ensure it remains in new, unassembled, and resaleable condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After a successful inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs, within 7-10 business days.
